Transparency for You, the Patient

Your health plan subscribes to the Data iSight™ service to determine an appropriate
claim payment to the healthcare provider when you seek care from a provider that
isn't in your health plan's network. A key feature of the Data iSight service is
this website, which gives you, your healthcare provider and the health plan a better
understanding of how these payment amounts are determined.

The website will help you become a more informed healthcare consumer, and if you
receive additional bills for balance due, will help you discuss them with your provider.

Please note: Data iSight does not replace the need for you to understand the terms
and conditions of your health plan benefits. Please refer to your health plan materials
to understand how they work. Data iSight can complement those materials and help
you understand how your benefits were paid.
